Payment

Unless otherwise agreed by WDS, payment is due to WDS upon receipt of your order and is billed to your credit card or accunt. Your online payment will be applied to your account within the next billing cycle. You receive an e-mail confirmation of the online order. In some special cases we may offer a 30 day grace period of payment. In this case we charge your credit card after the 30th day of purchase. We ask you to save the confirmation e-mail for 3 months to avoid disputes over online orders. If you have questions about online payment, please contact our customer service.

When we receive a defective credit card charge back, OR a payment for service or product is made by check, draft, or other negotiable instrument returned unpaid by a bank to WDS for any reason, a CHARGE of the maximum amount allowed by law MAY BE MADE by WDS for each such instrument. Thank you for your understanding.

Delivery Information

After payment authorization, for your convenience, WDS ships orders via most efficient means. Some items may have special delivery options associated with them. We ship our merchandise within the U.S. by US Postal Service Priority Mail. If you prefer FedEx or UPS. the shipping charges will cost more. Once we ship your merchandise by Priority Mail, it usually takes 2 - 3 working days to reach you within the U.S. If we have to order an item, it usually takes an additional 10 days before we send it out. Please note the following while shopping: 3 day = available for delivery in 3 business days. 7 day = available for delivery in 7 business days. For international orders please allow 5-15 days to deliver. Deliveries will be made between 8:00 AM (U.S. EST), Monday through Friday. Backordered items or CBO items will be held for seven business days. If after seven days we are unable to complete the order, you will be notified that we are canceling those items. Orders placed on weekends and after 4:00 PM EST on Friday will be processed the following business day. If there is a delay in shipping your merchandise, we will contact you.

Wholesales, dealers

Dealers and large volume customers are welcome. Special discounts are available for nonprofit organizations.

Returns and Exchanges

We want you to be a satisfied customer of WDS. If you are not satisfied with your purchase simply return it in the complete and original packaging together with all accessories and manuals and with your original sales receipt within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will gladly replace or repair the item, or refund your money. Special orders or items with value over $100 must be returned within 7 days of purchase. WDS will not accept returns of used items unless defective. Special orders that are defective may be exchanged for identical items only. Shipping and handling costs will not be reimbursed except in cases where we have shipped an incorrect or defective product.

Disclaimer of Warranty

WDS and its subsidiaries are pleased to present this Web site featuring a variety of products manufactured by different entities. In addition to any warranty offered by the manufacturer of the products, WDS will accept return of any product purchased from it in accordance with the return policy set forth elsewhere in this Web site. WDS and its subsidiaries make no further representation, express or implied, regarding any product featured in this Web site. WDS and its subsidiaries expressly disclaim any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Online customer service

We may offer online registration and login information. You can use your identity code (or e-mail address) and password to login to the returning customer area. For our returning customers free technical support is available through the online support form. We ask you to seek answers by alternative means before contacting our customer service so that we can better help those that cannot find answers elsewhere. First be sure you have read product documentations completely.

It would be conservative to say that more than 90% of our technical support requests are based on questions found in these files. Second, please consult with the manufacturer's web site for product descriptions and technical information. Lastly, return to our Web site and fill the support request form.
